What are Ponsemons?
Ponsemons are 1,111 squishy chibi pocket monsters living on the blockchain. Each one is a 32x32 pixel creature built from stacked trait layers: a species, a body colour, a type, then accessories like laser eyes, diamond hands, a gm coffee or a stonks phone. Cute outside, degen inside.
How many are there, and what makes one rare?
There are 1,111, rolled from 15 trait layers: 10 species, 7 types and 25 colours. Most colours are common, but midnight and galaxy are scarce and only 19 are shiny.
On top of that sit 15 legendaries: hand-made one-of-ones with their own habitat, colour and gear. Every token also gets a rarity rank from how uncommon its traits are, which you can see (and sort by) in the Ponsedex.
Are they animated?
Yes! Every Ponsemon does an 8-frame jiggle: it squashes, stretches, settles and leans left and right while its companion bobs along. The NFT is a lossless animated WebP at 1024x1024, scaled up from the 32x32 original with nearest-neighbour only, so every pixel stays perfectly crisp.

Is the collection provably fair?
Every image was hashed with SHA-256 before launch, and the hashes of all 1,111 images in token order were hashed again into one provenance hash. Anyone can re-hash the images and check it matches:
